Phil Schmidt has been writing and editing how-to content for over 25 years. He is author of 22 books covering a range of DIY topics and has written and edited thousands of articles in the home, garden, design, craft, and food categories. His most important job today is managing the creative people who bring ehow to life — the bakers, crafters, cooks, gardeners, designers, home gurus, and makers of all kinds. When it’s time to fill the next editorial calendar with fabulous ideas, all he has to do is ask.

Erin Martise, Associate Creative Producer, ehow

Erin is a social media and creative producer whose professional experiences extend from her love of photography and her personal social media browsing. Outside of her work at ehow, she can be found reading a book with her cats cuddled nearby, thrifting at local thrift stores and antique malls for more home decor and vintage cameras, and binge-watching all the popular tv shows and movies with her boyfriend.
