Hickory Farms leads the nation as one of the largest specialty food retailers and has gained a large portion of its fame from its mail-order marketing campaigns. Hickory Farms specializes in gift baskets, smoked cheeses, meats and treats and its products are most often seen gracing tables during the holiday season. Perhaps best known for its line of succulent hams, Hickory Farms features large, family-sized hams such as the Black Forest, Honey Gold and Bourbon Praline Spiral Sliced Ham. These hams come pre-cooked and are delivered frozen, so be sure to leave plenty of defrost time before attempting to reheat.
