Airbrush tattoos are easily removable and, luckily, non permanent

Temporary tattoos are a fun way to entertain kids and express some creativity. Even though they only last for around a week, you may need to get rid of it sooner than expected. Luckily, airbrush tattoos aren't a life-long commitment and are easily removable by a number of methods. The quickest and most effective is by direct application of isopropyl alcohol.

Step 1

Rinse the tattooed area with water and make sure that it's clean. The paints are water soluble, and will become easier to brush off when wet.

Step 2

Dunk the cotton balls in isopropyl alcohol, making sure to get them good and covered.

Step 3

Swab around the tattooed area with the cotton balls. There's no need to exert too much pressure, but make sure it's soaked with alcohol. It should come right off.

Step 4

Dry off the tattooed area. There should be nothing left.

Tip

If isopropyl alcohol doesn't work, try baby oil.
