Stickers are a useful and attractive, until they won't stick anymore. Reusable stickers fix the problem by sticking to multiple surfaces over and over again. While the stickers can be purchased, they can also be made at home for a fraction of the cost. Making reusable stickers is a project that adults or kids can do.

Cut out pages from magazines and place them under a layer of plastic. Place the pictures inside a sheet protector or underneath a single piece of clear plastic. Copy the outline of the design of the picture onto the plastic using fabric puff paint. The puff paint will form the outline of the reusable sticker.

Draw a picture and cut it so that it is the size of a sticker. Place the artwork inside of a sheet protector or underneath a single piece of clear plastic. Copy the outline of the artwork onto the plastic using fabric puff paint. The puff paint will serve as the sticker. Alternatively, do not place the artwork into a plastic sheet and use the artwork itself as the sticker.

Scrapbooking Supplies

Small, flat paper scrapbooking supplies can be used to make reusable homemade stickers. Place the scrapbooking material inside of a sheet protector to use it as a sticker template or leave it outside of the plastic to use the scrapbook piece as a reusable sticker.

Gelatin

Mix 3 tbsp. of regular gelatin with 1 tbsp. of hot water to make a sticky liquid. Paint this mixture onto the back of cut out pictures or artwork. Do not handle the stickers until the gelatin has set, but also make sure the gelatin has not completely dried. Place the stickers on surfaces and remove them whenever desired. To reapply the stickers, dampen the back of the stickers with water and reuse them.

Glue

Mix of one part fabric puff paint with three parts glue. Paint this onto the plastic sheet in between the lines of the outline. Do not disturb the puff paint and glue mixture until it has dried overnight. The puff paint will become the reusable sticker. Peel the sticker from the plastic and it can be used to adhere to different surfaces.
