Oven cleaners are typically full of harsh chemicals, but they don't have to be. This homemade oven cleaner spray will cut through grease, help lift burned on food, and leave your oven sparkling clean and smelling fresh! Bonus: you only need a few household ingredients to make it yourself.

Things You'll Need

  • Clean spray bottle

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1 Tbsp. dish liquid

  • 10 drops of any citrus essential oil

1. Combine all ingredients

Add 1 1/2 cups of water to a clean spray bottle.

Add 1 tablespoon of dish liquid to the spray bottle. Any dish liquid will do. The dish liquid will help cut through grease.

Add 10 drops of citrus essential oil to the mixture. Citrus essential oils help to lift any burned on food and debris that may be left behind in your oven. You can choose between orange, lemon, lime, tangerine or a mixture of citrus essential oils.
